​Smoked Chicken Stir Fry
Turmeric Eggs and
Pickled Carrot
Ingredients:

1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
-
¼ cup water
-
1 tbsp Sugar
-
1/2 tsp Salt
-
1 tsp Cold Grind Turmeric
-
1/4 tsp Cold Grind Garam Masala (optional)
-
1/4 onion, thinly sliced
-
½ tbsp whole peppercorns
-
1 Carrot diced to matchsticks
-
3 Hard Boiled Eggs
Directions:
-
In small saucepan bring vinegar, water, sugar, salt and spices to simmer.

Stir until sugar and salt dissolves.
-
Place in the onion, peppercorns, matchstick carrots and eggs in a glass jar.

Pour liquid mixture over eggs
-
Let cool a bit and then secure with lid.
-
Gently shake around and refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
