Indian Lentil Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 19oz. Can Cooked Brown Lentils

  • 1 Onion, diced
    3 Cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp Avocado Oil

  • 3 tsp Cold Grind Garam Masala

  • 1 tsp Cold Grind Curry Spice

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Corn Tortillas 


Directions:

  • Heat oil in large pan.

  • Add diced onion and garlic.

  • Cook for about 3 minutes.

  • Rinse lentils well, then add to pan along with spices.

  • Cook until heated through.

  • Prepare toppings.

  • Lay out tortillas, add lentil mixture and top with desired toppings (chopped cilantro, diced avocado & tomatoes, grated carrot & Greek yogurt).
