Ginger Fennel Tea
Purpose: Soothe stomach pain and increase digestion.
2 cups of water
1 teaspoon Cold Grind ginger powder/ a small fresh grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon of fennel seeds
Boil water in a saucepan/teapot and add ginger and fennel seeds.
Turn off the heat and let it sit for 5-10 minutes
Enjoy the tea hot or cold :)
Tip: A peppermint or orange pekoe tea bag can also be added to hot tea in order to enhance the taste.
