Ginger Fennel Tea 

Purpose: Soothe stomach pain and increase digestion.



  • 2 cups of water

  • 1 teaspoon Cold Grind ginger powder/ a small fresh grated ginger

  • 1/2 teaspoon of fennel seeds



  • Boil water in a saucepan/teapot and add ginger and fennel seeds.

  • Turn off the heat and let it sit for 5-10 minutes

  • Enjoy the tea hot or cold :)

Tip: A peppermint or orange pekoe tea bag can also be added to hot tea in order to enhance the taste.
