​Smoked Chicken Stir Fry
Spiced Tulsi (Holy Basil) Tea
Purpose: Holy Basil also known as Queen of Spices protects against Diabetes, balances hormones, improves respiratory disorders and fights acne.
Ingredients:

3 cups of water

1 lemongrass
-
8-10 Tulsi leaves (holy basil leaves)

1/4 teaspoon Cold Grind ginger powder/ a small ginger root

1 black cardamom pod
-
2-4 green cardamom pods
-
2-4 cloves
-
1/2 teaspoon Cold Grind cinnamon powder

1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
-
2 teaspoons/ 2 teabags of your favourite tea
Directions:

Using a mortar and pestle, crush the cloves, green & black cardamom (or use a grinder).

Wash the holy basil leaves and also the lemongrass. Chop lemongrass into small pieces.

Boil water in a saucepan/ teapot and add the crushed ingredients, ginger powder, fennel seeds, cinnamon powder, lemongrass and tulsi leaves.

Now lower the flame and let it boil for another 5 minutes.

Turn off the flame and add your favourite tea and let it sit for another 5 minutes(do not boil after adding tea)
