Smoked Chicken Stir Fry
Ginger Turmeric Tea

Purpose: Boosts Immune System.
2 cups of water
1 teaspoon Cold Grind ginger powder/ a small fresh grated ginger
1 teaspoon Cold Grind turmeric
Boil water in a saucepan/teapot and add ginger and turmeric.
Turn off the heat and let it sit for 5-10 minutes
In the meantime, juice the lemon and split into two cups.
Now, pour tea in both the cups and enjoy :)
