Ginger Turmeric Tea

Purpose: Boosts Immune System.


  • 2 cups of water

  • 1 teaspoon Cold Grind ginger powder/ a small fresh grated ginger

  • 1 teaspoon Cold Grind turmeric

  • 1 lemon



  • Boil water in a saucepan/teapot and add ginger and turmeric.

  • Turn off the heat and let it sit for 5-10 minutes

  • In the meantime, juice the lemon and split into two cups.

  • Now, pour tea in both the cups and enjoy :)
