​Smoked Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients:

20 Tofu cubes or cottage cheese cubes

1/2 cup thick curd

1 teaspoon ginger paste/ 1 teaspoon Cold Grind ginger powder

1 teaspoon garlic paste/ 1 teaspoon Cold Grind garlic powder

2 teaspoon Cold Grind red chilli powder
-
1 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves
-
1/2 teaspoon Cold Grind garam masala

1 teaspoon Cold Grind coriander powder/ 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

1 teaspoon Cold Grind tandoori spice

1 tablespoon gram flour (garbanzo flour)

1 tablespoon olive oil

salt to taste
Directions:

In a bowl add thick curd, garlic powder/paste, red chilli powder, fenugreek leaves, garam masala, coriander powder, tandoori spice, flour, oil and salt and mix well.

Add tofu cubes into the bowl and mix well. Keep the bowl aside for 15 minutes.

Arrange the tofu cubes on the wire rack the place it on a baking tray and grill in a pre-heated oven at 400°F for 30 minutes. (Tip: You may also use skewers)

Remove from the oven and serve hot :)
